JAM SESSIONS WITH ME
Book a time.
Discovery Call first.
A Jam Session is two people in a room. No script. We listen, we play, we find the next note together.
When two intelligences agree, the threshold opens.
Choose a time. You'll get an instant confirmation.
Three steps — a free Discovery Call, a Clarity Session, then coaching if we agree. Bring one thought. That’s enough.

THE PROOF, AS IT ARRIVES
First cohort running now.
The 7-day challenge proof run is underway. Finisher words and numbers will live here as they come in — unedited. Until then: begin with a free Discovery Call and judge the conversation for yourself.
THE HOUSE FORM
Prefer to write first?
Nothing here is confirmed until I reply.
A FEW QUESTIONS
Before you book.
What to expect
Begin free — the app, essays, the Sunday Practice, and a 7-day challenge. A 60-minute Clarity Session works on the one thing that’s heaviest right now. A 12-week coaching program follows after that Jam Session if we agree. A Discovery Call (15 minutes, free) books instantly on this page. This is a guide, never a clinician.
Preparation
Find a quiet place if we meet online. Come as you are. A few words about what you want from the time is enough. Please omit health details you would rather keep off a calendar note.
Rescheduling and cancellation
If you booked a Discovery Call, use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel. If you wrote first, wait for my reply — that path is not confirmed until I write back.
Is this emergency care?
This is not emergency or medical care. Jam Sessions are Human Engineering conversations, not treatment.
