A WEEK TO BEGIN

Seven days.
One small practice.

Free. One honest return a day. No booking. Leave your email if you want the week in your inbox.

Each day is one small practice drawn from the work — a thought, a Window, a step, a breath, a walk, a check-in, a reflection. Day 8 is optional.

PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF

Begin with Day 1. One small practice. That is enough.

THE SEVEN DAYS

One practice.
Then the next.

  1. DAY 1

    One honest thought

Name one thought you are actually carrying. Write it once. Don’t fix it. Let it be true on the page.

  2. DAY 2

    The five-second Window

Look at that thought for five seconds. Let it pass through. No story after it. That is the Window.

  3. DAY 3

    One small proving action

Do one small thing that proves the thought does not have to run the day. Keep it small enough to finish.

  4. DAY 4

    A quiet minute of breath

Sit for one minute. Inhale. Exhale. If you want a shorter guide, five quiet seconds wait at the Hello door.

  5. DAY 5

    A short walk

Walk a little. Let the body carry what the mind was holding. The Yellow Brick Road in the app is here if you want a path.

  6. DAY 6

    A check-in

Ask yourself three quiet questions: what brought you here, how you feel, what you want more of. One next step is enough.

  7. DAY 7

    A short reflection

Look back at the week. What moved. What stayed. Write three sentences. That is the close of the seven days.

  8. DAY 8

If you want to go deeper

A 60-minute Clarity Session is the next door — one hour on what is heaviest, then a practice for your actual life. Optional. Not a gate.
